Building Regulations & Planning
At Arena Design & Build London we offer both design and building services which is an ideal way to maintain the high quality of the project from start to finish. Once you appoint us, we will arrange with you a suitable date to perform a consultation meeting and a measured survey of your property to produce a set of existing and proposed drawings. After your approval of the drawings, we will submit a planning application to the Local Authority.
After the first scheme design, we are ready to discuss your project in more detail in order to produce a set of building regulation drawings; the details may include items such as proposed electrical and lighting layout, audio visual requirements, finishes, decoration and external works. In addition to this we will produce structural drawings and calculations. After your approval of the drawings we will be ready to commence the building works on your new project.
As project managers, we will ensure that materials and all needed elements are ordered and delivered to the building site on time to allow our dedicated building team to commence the works.
We will also be happy to assist you with the selection of finishes and suppliers. All our tradesmen are highly qualified and experienced. We only use NICEIC approved contractors and Gas Safe registered engineers.
