Building Regulations & Planning

At Arena Design & Build London we offer both design and building services in Islington which is an ideal way to maintain the high quality of the project from start to finish. Once you appoint us, we will arrange with you a suitable date to perform a consultation meeting and a measured survey of your property to produce a set of existing and proposed architectural drawings in Islington. We will submit a planning request to the Local Authority after you approve the drawings.

After the first scheme, we are ready for a more detailed discussion of your project to produce a set building regulations drawings in Islington. The details can include items such as electrical and lighting layouts, audio-visual requirements, finishes, decorations and external works. In addition to this we will produce structural drawings and calculations. After your approval of the drawings we will be ready to commence the building works on your new project.

As architects in Islington, we will ensure that materials and all needed elements are ordered and delivered to the building site on time to allow our dedicated building team to commence the works.

We will also be happy to assist you with the selection of finishes and suppliers. All our tradesmen are highly qualified and experienced. We only use Gas Safe registered engineers and NICEIC approved contractors.
