Building Regulations & Planning

Arena Design & Build London offers both design and construction services in Chingford, which is a great way to maintain high quality throughout the entire project. We will work with you to arrange a date for a consultation and a measurement survey of your property. This will allow us to produce a set of existing and proposed architectural drawings. We will submit a planning request to the Local Authority after you approve the drawings.

After the first scheme design, we are ready to discuss your project in more detail in order to produce a set of building regulation drawings in Chingford; the details may include items such as proposed electrical and lighting layout, audio visual requirements, finishes, decoration and external works. We will also produce structural drawings and calculations. After your approval of the drawings we will be ready to commence the building works on your new project.

As an architectural company in Chingford, our team will ensure that all materials and elements are ordered on time and delivered to the construction site to allow the dedicated building team to begin the work.

We will also be happy to assist you with the selection of finishes and suppliers. All of our tradesmen have extensive experience and are highly qualified. We only use Gas Safe registered engineers and NICEIC approved contractors.
