Building Regulations & Planning

Arena Design & Build London offers both design and construction services in Cranham, which is a great way to maintain high quality throughout the entire project. Once you appoint us, we will arrange with you a suitable date to perform a consultation meeting and a measured survey of your property to produce a set of existing and proposed architectural drawings in Cranham. After your approval of the drawings, we will submit a planning application to the Local Authority.

After the first scheme design, we are ready to discuss your project in more detail in order to produce a set of building regulation drawings in Cranham; the details may include items such as proposed electrical and lighting layout, audio visual requirements, finishes, decoration and external works. We will also produce structural drawings and calculations. We will begin building your new project after you have approved the drawings.

As an architectural company in Cranham, our team will ensure that all materials and elements are ordered on time and delivered to the construction site to allow the dedicated building team to begin the work.

We will also be happy to assist you with the selection of finishes and suppliers. All of our tradesmen have extensive experience and are highly qualified. We only use Gas Safe registered engineers and NICEIC approved contractors.
