Building Regulations & Planning

Arena Design & Build London offers both design and construction services in Walthamstow, which is a great way to maintain high quality throughout the entire project. We will work with you to arrange a date for a consultation and a measurement survey of your property. This will allow us to produce a set of existing and proposed architectural drawings. After your approval of the drawings, we will submit a planning application to the Local Authority.

After the first scheme, we are ready for a more detailed discussion of your project to produce a set building regulations drawings in Walthamstow. The details can include items such as electrical and lighting layouts, audio-visual requirements, finishes, decorations and external works. In addition to this we will produce structural drawings and calculations. After your approval of the drawings we will be ready to commence the building works on your new project.

As an architectural company in Walthamstow, our team will ensure that all materials and elements are ordered on time and delivered to the construction site to allow the dedicated building team to begin the work.

We are also happy to help you select finishes and suppliers. All our tradesmen are highly qualified and experienced. We only use Gas Safe registered engineers and NICEIC approved contractors.
